Cut the tofu into small squares, wash the scallions and cut into small sections and set aside.

Add oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add the tofu to the pot and stir-fry. Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce, then add a small amount of water and continue to stir-fry.

After two minutes, add the scallions and serve after one minute.
