Passion Fruit Madeleines
Overview
Madeleine cake is a classic French dessert. The recipe and preparation are very simple, and it has been in my heart for a long time. Because of the shell shape of the small cake, it is commonly known as shell cake. Small and delicate shell shape, light golden cake body, soft and fragrant, delicious every bite. There are also different legends about the birth of Madeleine. It seems that only beautiful legends can match such a beautiful cake. The moment Madeleine turned over, I was shocked because I didn't expect that she would be so beautiful!

Steps
-
Prepare the required ingredients.
-
Put the butter in the microwave and heat it for 15 seconds until it melts. It is recommended to heat it for 10 seconds first and take it out and observe to see if the butter continues to melt. (You can also use the method of melting with insulated water)
-
Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the caster sugar.
-
Mix well with a hand mixer.
-
Sift cake flour and baking powder into a bowl.
-
Make a "well" shape and mix well to form a batter.
-
Add melted butter and stir until butter and batter are completely combined.
-
Add passion fruit pulp and continue to mix.
-
Cover the finished batter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour to an hour. (If it is winter, you can place it directly at room temperature)
-
After refrigeration, take it out and use a spoon to pour the batter into the mold until it is eighty full. (The madeleine molds used here are made by Xuecheng, which is exactly 6 per plate. If the mold is not non-stick, anti-stick treatment must be done in advance)
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and heat to 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
-
Beautiful Madeleine!
