Pan-fried potato pancakes
Overview
Anyway, there are some called Pakistani potato cakes, and some called Turkish potato cakes. Personally, I think it’s more domineering to call them potato cakes from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (nostrils blowing out)! Never mind, it’s all potato pancakes anyway.

While the potatoes are steaming, stir-fry the fennel until golden brown and especially fragrant.

Chop the coriander, chives, and red pepper and prepare. Cumin is also ready.
-
Crush the steamed potatoes with a spoon.
-
Add the prepared coriander, chives, crushed red pepper and cumin, add salt and a little oil. I also added some cheese, but it turned out to be of no use.

Mix well like stuffing.
-
Put on disposable gloves and prepare to wrap the cake.
-
Wrap into medium-sized cakes
-
You can also make some childlike shapes.
-
Dip it into the egg liquid and fry it over a slow fire for five minutes. (I forgot to take a photo of the egg liquid)
