Plum shortbread
Overview
After making the ebony cheesecake, I suddenly thought, there are cranberry cookies and grape cookies. Why can’t there be ebony cookies? So, I changed Teacher Meng’s cranberry shortcake into plum shortcake. It looks good, but as for the taste, it depends on whether you like it or not.

Prepare materials

Chop the plums and almonds into fine pieces

Sift together low-gluten flour, baking powder, and powdered sugar

Add butter, almond flour, cornstarch

Knead into loose powder

Add egg whites, chopped ume and almonds

Grasp into a uniform dough

Place it on the counter and roll it into a 0.5CM thick piece

Put it in the oven at 170 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes
