Homemade healthy fried dough sticks
Overview
It’s always been hard to resist the temptation of crispy food. Every time I saw a fried dough sticks seller on the street, I couldn’t help but stop and buy a few to satisfy my craving. Later, I discovered that I could make delicious and healthy fried dough sticks at home, so I fried them whenever I wanted.

Pour all the flour into the bread pan and mix evenly

Add water

Start the bread machine, knead the dough and let it sit for 20 minutes, then knead for another 10 minutes

Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight

Dust the chopping board with flour in advance and take out the dough from the refrigerator

Roll the dough into a square sheet

Cut into appropriate strips with a knife

Overlap two lines

Use chopsticks to press firmly in the center

Heat the oil in the pan, slightly stretch a pair of overlapping noodles at both ends with your hands, and put them into the oil pan
