Ingredients: egg dumplings, black fungus, crab sticks, fresh scallops, vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft

Wash and chop green onions

Pour oil into a hot pot, add appropriate amount of salt, pour water and bring to a boil. Pour in all other ingredients except vermicelli, cover and bring to a boil

After the water boils, cook for two more minutes. Add the vermicelli and cook for another minute

Add chopped green onion

Just pour the soup directly into the soup bowl
