Cocoa Almond Cookies
Overview
I remember making a lot of biscuits when I first learned to bake. It was simple, fast and easy to get satisfaction. Later, I felt that the amount of butter and sugar was a bit heavy, so I made more bread and the like. However, I was still willing to make some biscuits to satisfy my cravings when traveling. Cocoa Almond Cookies are a biscuit I like very much. Well, it seems that mass production will be possible recently

Butter softened at room temperature

Add sugar and powdered sugar and beat

Sift cocoa powder, cornstarch and cake flour

Use a spatula to mix evenly

Add sliced almonds

Scrape and mix evenly

Shape into long strips by hand and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
