Peel and cut the taro into thick slices and arrange on a plate

Cut the pork belly into pieces, add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, peanuts, oil, salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Place the pork belly on the taro, cover and steam for 20 minutes.

You can add some chili peppers halfway through the steaming process, so I put it aside. The way to eat mandarin duck is very good. Just steam the peppers immediately after adding them.

Finally, steam it and take it out of the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion and it’s ready to eat.
