Wash the leeks and drain them, knead the noodles, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest until they are ready, then prepare the stuffing

Beat the eggs and stir-fry them

Soak and chop fungus

Chopped leeks

Mix leeks, eggs and fungus, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and mix well

Remove the plastic wrap and knead into a smooth dough

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a strip, cut into small pieces and flatten

Roll it into a dough (I didn’t roll it round, hehe)

Make dumplings (I can only do this, it doesn’t look good, and I didn’t post a photo alone, so the steps of making dumplings are omitted)

Boil the water for dumplings, boil it three times and it’s ok, take it out of the pot
