80g shredded coconut, 25g milk powder, 20g low-gluten flour, 2 egg whites, 50g sugar, appropriate amount of shredded coconut.

Mix shredded coconut, flour, milk powder and sugar evenly.

Use chopsticks to stir the egg whites evenly.

Pour the beaten egg whites into the evenly mixed ingredients.

Stir to form a dough.

Take one piece and shape it into a round ball with your hands. Place the kneaded balls into a bowl with shredded coconut and roll them around so that they are evenly coated with shredded coconut. (15g each)

Place in baking pan.

Put it in the preheated oven (preheat for 10 minutes), set the upper tube to 150 and the lower tube to 130, wait for about 25 minutes, until the surface turns golden brown. (The temperature of the oven can be adjusted appropriately according to the situation)
