  1. First cut the tofu into pieces, then soak the tofu in salt water

  2. When soaking tofu, you can make your own Sichuan pepper powder. Use a dry pot, add Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns until they change color, put them in a bag and crush them with a wine bottle, and set aside
