Nutritious cereal rice cereal
Overview
Today I would like to recommend one of my nutritious breakfasts to you - nutritious rice cereal with whole grains. Although it is not the most beautiful, and it is not elegant, it is the best choice for keeping healthy in winter. I like it just because its simplicity and mellowness meet the needs of our whole family. There is gorgon in it, Barley, purple glutinous rice, peanuts, soybeans, black beans, glutinous rice, millet, black sesame, and longan meat. Needless to say, everyone knows their value. In short, women eat it to nourish their skin and nourish their qi and blood. Men eat it to nourish the liver and kidneys and lower cholesterol. Elderly people and children eat it to strengthen their bodies.
