Blanched Asparagus
Overview
The weather is getting hotter and hotter, so I don’t like to open the frying pan very much. Firstly, it can be really hot and smoking in the kitchen. Secondly, the fried vegetables are too smoky, so I don’t like to eat them in summer. So recently, this method of white burning has caught my eye. Blanching is a method of boiling ingredients with hot water and then simply seasoning them. It is refreshing and can preserve the original flavor of the ingredients. Why not do it in summer~
