Scallion oil noodles
Overview
Scallion oil noodles are a household name in Shanghai, and every household can make them. It is a simple bowl of noodles, but it makes people love it. Today I improved it on the original basis, adding shredded pork and spicy millet. I am a Sichuanese, and I like a little spicy flavor in whatever dishes I eat. It is more appetizing, and it is more nutritious than the original.
