  1. Let the butter soften naturally at room temperature. Add sifted powdered sugar in batches and beat with an electric mixer until the color becomes lighter and fluffy

  5. Stir with a silicone spatula. Remember not to move it in one direction. This will make the flour stronger and less fluffy.
