Let the butter soften naturally at room temperature. Add sifted powdered sugar in batches and beat with an electric mixer until the color becomes lighter and fluffy

Add egg liquid in two portions

Use a whisk to stir evenly

Sift in the flour

Stir with a silicone spatula. Remember not to move it in one direction. This will make the flour stronger and less fluffy.

After stirring evenly

Put it into a piping bag and use a chrysanthemum piping nozzle to extrude it into shape

Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. I use an air fryer. The principle is the same. Adjust the heat appropriately according to your own oven and observe the coloring.
