Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms.

Wash and tear into small florets and place on a plate.

Pulse the garlic until minced.

Spread the minced garlic evenly on the enoki mushrooms.

Boil the water in the pot, put in the enoki mushrooms and steam them for five minutes.

Take a bowl and add: salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, white sugar, oyster sauce

Pour the water from the steamed enoki mushrooms into the bowl and stir evenly.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour the previously prepared sauce into the pot and stir evenly.

If you like spicy food, you can add a little chili powder.

Sprinkle a layer of chopped green onion on the enoki mushrooms and pour the cooked sauce over them.
