The first step is to dice the yellow pepper and set aside.

Then clean the pheasant meat.

Cut the ginger into shreds, cut the chilli padi diagonally into slices, and cut the garlic into cubes.

Put the ginger, garlic, and chilli padi into the pheasant meat in sequence, add oyster sauce, cooking oil, and salt, stir evenly, and marinate.

Cut the coriander and green onion into sections and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, turn the heat to about 90°, add the yellow pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Turn on high heat, then pour the marinated pheasant into the pot. Be sure to stir-fry back and forth quickly, add a little cooking wine, and stir-fry for another 1 minute.

Add the coriander and green onions and stir-fry, then it’s ready! Perfect!
