  3. Cut the ginger into shreds, cut the chilli padi diagonally into slices, and cut the garlic into cubes.

  5. Cut the coriander and green onion into sections and set aside.

  6. Heat the oil in a pan, turn the heat to about 90°, add the yellow pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
