This dish can be steamed or pan-fried. This time I made it steamed without adding dark soy sauce so the color is not that strong. The tenderloin can be replaced with bacon and pork belly

Prepare materials

Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and cut the tenderloin into thin slices

Roll up the enoki mushrooms with meat slices and secure with toothpicks
