The "Eight Fungus" I got from participating in the Meitian event last time was well received by my family. After soaking, the fungus is thick and tender. It is paired with lettuce to make a healthy health dish. The fungus and bamboo shoots are crisp and tender, plus the special flavor of sausage. Simple seasonings can make a delicious health dish. Prepare the ingredients

Soak the autumn fungus in water, wash it and boil it in boiling water for 2 minutes and take it out

Slices of onion, ginger and garlic

Cut the lettuce into diamond-shaped slices, slice the sausage, and shred the onion

Put oil in the pot, add sausage and stir-fry over low heat
