Matcha green onion cake
Overview
There is a small piece of dough left over from making dumplings. Roll it into a large piece, apply some oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion. It only takes a few minutes with an electric pan to fry the fragrant green onion pancake. It is a simple and quick breakfast with a bowl of porridge.
