Stir-fried dried tofu with bacon and garlic leaves
Overview
Ever since I bought the dried tofu pressure box, eating dried tofu has not been a problem. You can rest assured that you can make it yourself. In addition to cooking, dried tofu can also be used as snacks, which gives you more choices when it comes to cooking.

Steps
-
Cut the dried tofu and bacon into strips, slice the garlic, shred a small part of the garlic for the pot, and slice the garlic;
-
Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat, sauté the dried beans until they are lightly browned, and take them out of the pot;
-
Continue to add the bacon, stir-fry out the oil, but don’t let it burn too much, and scoop up the bacon;
-
Decant out the excess oil in the pot, leaving an appropriate amount of base oil. Heat the pot, add garlic slices and shredded garlic, and sauté until fragrant;
-
Pour in the garlic leaves and stir a few times;
-
Pour in the bacon and dried tofu, add 1/2 tsp of refined salt, 1/4 tsp of sugar and 1/3 tsp of pepper, stir-fry evenly;
-
Then pour 1/2 tablespoon of white wine around the edge of the pot, turn it over a few times, and take it out of the pot.
