Sugar-leaf noodles are a kind of pasta making method. The finished product is soft and sweet. It is simple to make and not hard even when eaten cold. It can be eaten as a breakfast cake.

To 200g of ordinary flour, add 120g of warm water, 2g of yeast and form a dough, cover it, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Add 200g flour to the fermented dough.

Add 80g more sugar.

Add 50g cooking oil.

Add 50g warm water and mix into a dough.

After 20 minutes of fermentation, take out an equal amount of dough, flatten and roll it out.

Emboss the pattern (you don’t have to emboss it) and apply it again.

This is a well-risen cake.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, put the baking sheet in and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
