Overview

The okara left over from making soy milk every day contains a lot of crude fiber. It would be a pity to throw it away, so I steamed the okara flower rolls, which are delicious and not wasted.

  1. Place the bean dregs in a basin, add an appropriate amount of flour, a small amount of yeast powder and mix evenly, add water to form a smooth dough and place it in a warm place to rise.
