Every year I make some pork skin jelly, which is delicious dipped in minced garlic or served cold.

Pick, wash and cut the coriander into sections and blanch it in boiling water.

Skin frozen sections.

Put the skin jelly and coriander into a basin, add minced garlic and oyster sauce.

Add vinegar.

Add the very fresh soy sauce and mix well.
