Overview
This is a dessert that I like very much. It has an icy and pure appearance, is elastic and soft, and has fruit bits wrapped in light cream. It is cool and smooth when you take a bite.

Mix sugar and milk and stir until there are no lumps.

Sift the glutinous rice flour and cornstarch into the milk and sugar mixture.
