  1. After oiling, put all the ingredients into the bread machine and knead into dough. Knead until it reaches the expansion stage where the film can be pulled out, and ferment until it is 2.5 times in size.

  2. Deflate the fermented dough, divide it into 6 equal parts and roll into balls, and ferment for another 15 minutes.

  3. Take one of them, with the edge facing down, and use a rolling pin to roll it into an oval shape.

  4. Turn over and roll up along the long side.

  5. Roll it up, close it up, and then shape it into long thin strips with both ends.

  6. Place in a baking tray lined with oil paper and ferment.

  7. Ferment until doubled in size, brush a layer of egg wash on the surface. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.

  8. After the baked bread has cooled, cut a knife down the middle along the long side.

  9. Put lettuce leaves in the cut, put a piece of fried or grilled ham sausage, and then squeeze on the salad dressing.
