Overview
Biscuits can be said to be the simplest baked goods, with basically zero failure rate. Biscuits can be varied, and once you master one of the most basic making methods, you can make them into various shapes. For example, the cookie I made today only changed slightly in shape and added fillings, and it turned into an eye-catching jam cookie.
