Crispy Tomato Sauce Tofu
Overview
Crispy skin, tender tofu on the inside, topped with sweet and sour tomato sauce, it’s delicious. The tofu can also be eaten directly after being fried, which gives it a different taste. There are two ways to eat it, it’s up to you.

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Prepare bread crumbs, flour, eggs and tomato paste.

Spread an appropriate amount of salt evenly on each piece of tofu.

Put a small soup pot, add appropriate amount of oil, and heat until 70% hot.

Dip the tofu into the flour and coat the entire piece with flour.

Then put it in the beaten egg liquid and wrap it once.

Finally, add in bread crumbs and coat the entire tofu with bread crumbs.

Then put it in the oil pan and fry until the surface is golden and crispy.

Arrange the fried tofu on a plate. If you don't like adding tomato sauce, you can eat it directly, it's crispy and delicious. (I like to add tomato sauce, and I will make tomato sauce next)

Add a little oil to the pan and add tomato paste.

Add a little water to dilute the thick tomato paste.

Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
