Cut the washed carrots and copri mushrooms into thin rounds and set aside

Pour copri mushrooms in boiling water and drain

Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant

Add carrots and stir-fry

Add Coprinus comatus and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and chicken essence

Finally, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry until it is fragrant and ready to serve
