Delicious pork chop
Overview
Yesterday I went to a Western restaurant and ordered a steak worth NT$50. The taste was not that good either. Today I had a sudden idea to get myself some steak. After visiting the entire vegetable market, there was not a single piece of beef for sale. Just make a pork chop! Just do it and the finished product tastes pretty good. My husband is full of praises. It feels no different from steak! It's just that the color is a bit white. I will make pork chops from now on. It’s much cheaper!

Cut the carrots into slices and cut the tomatoes in half
-
Then blanch all the carrots and other vegetables
