I used to eat zucchini cooked, but this was the first time I tried eating it raw. It tasted really good, refreshing, slightly crispy and sweet.

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut off the heads and tails. Prepare garlic, dried chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns.

  7. Make a sauce with light soy sauce and vinegar. If it tastes heavy, you can add a little salt.
