Salad Zucchini
Overview
I used to eat zucchini cooked, but this was the first time I tried eating it raw. It tasted really good, refreshing, slightly crispy and sweet.

Wash the zucchini and cut off the heads and tails. Prepare garlic, dried chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns.

Use a garlic press to crush the garlic into foam and process the zucchini during the oxidation process.

Use a grater to grate the zucchini into long strands.

Cut the dried chilies into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan, put the Sichuan peppercorns into the pan and take them out when they become fragrant.

Pour the hot peppercorn oil into the dried chili peppers.

Make a sauce with light soy sauce and vinegar. If it tastes heavy, you can add a little salt.
