Barley and soy milk
Overview
I have never used barley and soybeans alone to make soy milk. It is said that barley has many benefits and even has the effect of preventing cancer. I have always loved the glutinous texture and unique taste of barley when cooked until soft. And when it and soybeans are turned into soy milk, isn't it so cute? Soy milk without added sugar has the original taste of barley and soybeans. The taste seems to be slightly different from soft barley. Is it because the soymilk machine does not boil it for enough time and heat?
