Sweet and Sour Chicken Nuggets
Overview
Sour beets, such as stir-fried pork ribs, sweet and sour pork ribs, sweet and sour chicken, etc., are appetizing and go well with rice. They are popular among the public. There is a sweet and sour sauce called Bingmei sauce in the supermarket. It tastes very good and is slightly sweet. Adding a little white vinegar or lemon juice will make it sour enough. The color itself is relatively transparent, and the gravy is very shiny when stirred. I remember my mother used to make plum steamed duck with a similar sweet and sour sauce, not to mention how delicious it was.
