Overview
I rummaged through the refrigerator and found a bottle of roasted sesame salad dressing, giving myself an excuse to play with dough in the rain! Although the rolls are not pretty, they taste really good. I recommend sharing this recipe with everyone!

Mix the Zhongzhong dough ingredients together and knead into a dough, put it in the refrigerator for about fifteen hours, and the dough will have an obvious honeycomb shape after peeling it off (I mixed the Zhongzhong dough last night and put it in the refrigerator overnight and took it out the next day);

Tear into small pieces and add the main dough ingredients except butter, and knead until the dough is smooth (this salad dressing is sold in major supermarkets, in fact, other ordinary salad dressings are also good);

Add butter and knead until fully expanded;

Knead the dough until smooth and rest for 30 minutes;

Divide into 6 parts and roll into balls, let rest for 10 minutes;

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a tongue shape;

Turn over and roll into a tube shape;

Complete each relaxation session for 15 minutes;

Take a tube-shaped dough, flatten it and roll it into a rectangular shape;

Place a box of hot water next to the oven and start the oven fermentation process for about an hour;

Ferment until the mold is eighty percent full;
