Soak dried blueberries and raisins in rum for 1 night to 24 hours.

Beat eggs + caster sugar until foamy.

Then sift in the low-gluten flour and salt and stir evenly.

Bake at 180-190 degrees for about 50-60 minutes, until the color in the picture appears on the surface, and then take it out of the oven.
