Prepare preserved eggs, beef, and green onions;

Wash the rice and soak it in pieces for half an hour;

After the water boils, pour in the soaked fragrant rice, stir for a few times, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat;

Cut the beef into fine pieces and marinate with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and pepper to add flavor;

Dice the preserved eggs, steam them, and set aside;

Put water in the pot. After the water boils, add the marinated beef and blanch it to remove the fishy smell;

Cook the porridge until it becomes thick, add a little salad oil and stir constantly;

Add the blanched beef, steamed preserved eggs and grated ginger, and continue to stir in one direction;

After 5 minutes, add some chopped radish, add a little pepper according to personal taste before serving, drop a little sesame oil, and sprinkle a little chopped green onion.
