Avocado pudding
Overview
The avocados I bought online were all very ripe and I couldn't eat them all at once. So I made some pudding and ate them slowly. The finished product turned out to be more beautiful than I expected.

Prepare avocado and other ingredients;

Cut the gelatine sheet into 2 halves, soak in pure water and set aside;

Mix 150g pure milk and 40g fine sugar,

Cut the avocado in half; scoop out the avocado pulp and put it into a mixing cup, add 100g pure milk,

Use a hand blender to blend the fruit into a fine puree;

Heat the milk and granulated sugar over low heat until thin bubbles appear on the edge of the pot, add the soaked gelatine slices (hold the water with your hands), and stir until the gelatine is completely melted;

When the milk cools down slightly, add the beaten avocado puree and stir evenly with a stir stick;

Pour the stirred pudding liquid into a container and refrigerate until it solidifies; pour the pudding liquid to half or 1/3 of the container;

Soak the gelatine in the auxiliary ingredients until soft, put it into a mixing cup with 20g of fine sugar, put it into hot water, and heat with insulation until the gelatine and sugar are completely melted;

Add 250g of thick original yogurt (the water has been filtered out in advance), stir evenly with a stir stick,

Take out the solidified avocado pudding, pour the yogurt pudding liquid on top, and continue to refrigerate until solidified;

Pour 1/3 of the mango pudding liquid into the avocado pudding. After solidification, pour the yogurt pudding liquid until the cup is full.
