Sweet, spicy and salty cake
Overview
Although I have made salty cakes before, mostly pound cakes, this is my first time trying to make chiffon cakes into salty flavors. My family likes to eat sweet food, but I am not very interested in spicy food, so I chose a pizza sauce with a sweet and spicy flavor, adding pepper and salt and pepper powder. The salty cake with a spicy flavor gives people a very novel feeling. I personally think that this taste should be acceptable to ordinary people. The texture of the cake is very soft and has the characteristics of chiffon cake; since it is a salty cake, I chose xylitol. This cake is very suitable for diabetics. There are many diabetic patients among relatives and friends, and similar cakes can be made in the future. It is also worth trying if you like it.
