Pork belly and pickle soup
Overview
Pig belly is pig bladder, pig urine, and pig bladder. The texture is easier to handle than pork belly and there is no peculiar smell. I had braised pork belly when I was a kid and it was also delicious.

Take appropriate amount of peppercorns and crush them.

Wash the pork belly and stuff it with crushed pepper.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker, pour in the pork belly, cover and cook on high heat, reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

That's it after pressure cooking.

Take it out and slice it in half.

Pour the cut pork belly into the original soup and cook.

After boiling, add pickles.

Add fish sauce and adjust the saltiness to your own taste. The pickles themselves will be salty, so just use the right amount.

Add celery beads before removing from the pot.
