Overview

Pig belly is pig bladder, pig urine, and pig bladder. The texture is easier to handle than pork belly and there is no peculiar smell. I had braised pork belly when I was a kid and it was also delicious.

  5. Add appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker, pour in the pork belly, cover and cook on high heat, reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  6. That's it after pressure cooking.

  8. Pour the cut pork belly into the original soup and cook.

  10. Add fish sauce and adjust the saltiness to your own taste. The pickles themselves will be salty, so just use the right amount.
