Raisin corn steamed bun
Overview
I made some steamed bread. Eating whole grains is good for the body. Made with pure cornmeal, without adding all-purpose flour, this is the original steamed bun.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put cornmeal into a basin
-
Add a little boiling water and stir evenly with chopsticks
-
When it is not hot to your hands, just knead it into a ball and wake up for forty minutes
-
Prepare dried fruits and steamer
-
Add raisins, grab a ball of corn dough with your hands, and use a little force to form it into a steamed bun shape. Because no flour is added, the corn flour has no gluten, so you need to use some skill when making the dough
-
After all the dough is assembled, put it in the steamer
-
Place the steamer
-
Cover the lid and let it rise again for ten minutes
-
Cover the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then steam over medium to low heat for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes before taking it out
-
With the mellow aroma of cornmeal and a little raisin for a comprehensive taste, you will become more and more beautiful the more you eat
