Omelet rice
Overview
I personally like to eat omelette rice. I have to go to a restaurant to eat it every time. Not only is it expensive, but I don’t eat all the ingredients in it, so I make it myself!

Chop the ham and onion into small pieces and set aside;

Chop purple cabbage, long beans, and carrots and set aside;

Heat a pan, add a little oil, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add rice and the aforementioned ingredients and stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Sprinkle a little pepper before serving. Remove from pot and set aside.

Beat the eggs, add a small amount of salt and mix well; put a small amount of oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid, and spread it into an egg cake.

Place the prepared egg pancake on a plate, wrap the fried rice in the egg pancake, and squeeze a little tomato sauce on the outside. The sweet and sour omelette rice is ready!
