Overview
The important parts of tiramisu are finger biscuits and Parmesan cheese. I tried to make it today, but it didn’t come out well! I also wanted to try tiramisu, but I was defeated by the shape of my finger biscuits!

Prepare the ingredients and separate the egg whites and yolks.

Use a whisk to beat the egg whites until they reach large peaks. Add 35g of fine sugar in portions.

Beat the egg whites until they form a straight angle.

Add sugar and vanilla extract to egg yolks and beat until light in color. Sift in 1/2 cake flour and 1/2 egg white.

Use a spatula to stir up and down. Add remaining 1/2 cake flour and 1/2 egg white.

Stir until it becomes a paste. Decorate with medium round holes.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

The finished product, was less than successful. The amount of free-range eggs used this time was difficult to control.
