Slice the chicken breasts, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for a while.

Slice pumpkin and carrots, and cut green vegetables and garlic sprouts into sections.

Rice cake slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and stir-fry until it changes colour, then serve.
