Garlic Bread
Overview
Because of my weight loss... I haven't been able to bake anymore, so I started the oven with the remaining butter in the refrigerator today. My daughter especially likes garlic-flavored bread, and the powder is enough to make two more lotus seed buns.

Steps
-
Knead high and low-gluten flour, sugar, salt, egg liquid, yeast, and milk into a dough, then add soft butter at room temperature and continue kneading until the butter is completely absorbed by the dough, reaching the expansion stage of the dough. Place in a warm place for fermentation, about 60 minutes. Divide the fermented dough into equal parts (as shown in the picture), let it rest for the second fermentation for about 10 minutes, roll one part into pieces, and arrange it into strips.
