Stir-fried shrimp with cucumber
Overview
The cucumbers used this time are old cucumbers. These old cucumbers cost nothing. They are fruit cucumbers grown in my husband’s workplace. My husband and I went to his workplace to pick them on the weekend. I guess everyone doesn’t know the deliciousness of this kind of cucumber. It can be seen everywhere in the cucumber fields. My hands cramped when I picked it. This kind of cucumber and fleshy dish looks old, but actually has a fresh fragrance. It is paired with cooked sea shrimps and fried in my mother's kitchen at over 30 degrees Celsius. After it was served, it was welcomed by everyone. Except for my children, everyone ate it. The background of the photo is still the valuable table that my father’s friend temporarily put on my house. The container he used was a blue and white bowl that my father bought at an old man’s house in the countryside. It was fake. I misjudged it and spent 50 yuan. Hahaha
