Steamed pearl spots
Overview
Cantonese-style steamed fish does not add too many seasonings. Only ginger and green onion are added to remove the fishy smell, and some steamed fish soy sauce is added to maintain the freshness of the fish. Only fresh fish is suitable for steaming. Pearl spot has no bones and the meat is tender and smooth, making it suitable for children to eat.

First put some ginger slices and scallions on the bottom of the steamed fish plate.
