  1. Have all ingredients ready. For lotus root starch, you must use sugar-free pure lotus root starch, which is mainly used as a coagulant.

  3. Pour the remaining milk and light cream into the milk pot and bring to a boil. Add the milk powder and stir until melted.

  8. Pour the cheese paste into the container while it is hot. During the cooling process, not only the cheese will solidify into blocks, but the dried dates will also absorb the moisture inside and become soft and waxy

  9. I let it sit for a long time before pouring it out. Actually, one hour is enough, but in order to allow the dried dates to absorb more water, I left it a little longer.
