Prepare ingredients: tofu, oil, light soy sauce, sugar, onion and ginger

Cut the tofu diagonally into two pieces

Cut the tofu into small pieces, heat the oil pan until it is 60% hot, put the tofu into the pan and fry

Fry until golden brown on both sides

Put the tofu aside, add minced ginger and green onions and fry until fragrant

Add the prepared juice: 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of sugar, and a dash of dark soy sauce
