Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Luffa
Overview
I made five-spice dried tofu for the children, and only two or three pieces were left. I fried them in oil, stir-fried them with loofah, and took them to work for lunch.

Peel the loofah and cut the dried tofu into long strips.

Cut the loofah vertically into inch sections.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add dry red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of chopped onion.

Add loofah and stir-fry.

Fry until the loofah changes color and add appropriate amount of salt.

Add dried beans.

Continue to stir-fry until the loofah becomes soft, add a little chicken essence to taste.

Remove from the pan.
