Shrimp and Bacon Thin Pizza
Overview
My son wants to eat pizza. Pizza Hut's pizza is so expensive, but making it yourself with real ingredients is not expensive. I really know how to live a good life, so I give myself a thumbs up. After the pizza came out of the oven, I cut a piece for my son. The boy finished it in a few bites. He came back with a plate and asked for it again and said: Mom, you can open a pizza shop! This guy really knows how to make people happy~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Take a small amount of warm water to dissolve the yeast and add the mixed high and low flour, stir clockwise with chopsticks, slowly add the remaining warm water in portions, and stir continuously to form snowflakes.
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, place in a warm place, and ferment for 1-2 hours until the dough doubles in size.
-
While the dough is rising, prepare the pizza filling. The peas are cooked. The peas are relatively hard, so cook them a little longer.
-
Peel the fresh shrimps and remove the shrimp strings.
-
Peel the corn kernels, cut the bacon into small pieces, and cut the bell pepper into several rings. (It’s a little troublesome to peel the corn kernels, so I cut them off with a knife.)
-
Grease a pizza pan with butter. Flatten the fermented dough with your hands to deflate the dough. Divide into 2 equal portions. Roll into a round shape. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes. Roll the dough into a round shape the size of a pizza pan. Put it in the pizza pan, press it to fit with your fingers, make some small holes with a fork, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
-
Brush the bottom of the cake with salad oil and then spread with tomato sauce.
-
Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and add bell pepper rings.
-
Top with bacon.
-
Sprinkle with peas and corn kernels.
-
Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese and top with prawns
-
Sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and brush the edges of the pizza with honey water. Preheat the oven to 200° for 15 minutes on the middle rack, until the mozzarella cheese is melted and colored.
